Temple Agency

Some details of your requirements .

First, decide where you want to live. Which location is best for you depending upon your circumstances. Does     the Bangkok apartment for rent need to be close to the BTS Skytrain, MRTA Subway or the BRT to enable you to travel to your place of work? Do you need to be close to an Expressway entrance to allow you to travel to the outskirts of Bangkok or to the airport? Do you need to be close or within easy access to your children’s school?
Second, decide how big the apartment for rent Bangkok needs to be for your purpose. How many bedrooms do you require for you and your family and potential guests. You may also decide that you need an apartment of a certain area in addition to the number of bedrooms. i.e. 2 bedrooms of at least 150sm.
Third, decide how much you can afford to spend on the Bangkok apartment for rent bearing in mind that you will have bills for Electricity and Water if you are not in a Serviced Apartment and also probably for Telephone, Internet and UBC Cable TV.
Fourth, decide if you have any special requirements such as that the Bangkok apartment for rent or house will accept Pets or has a Children’s play area or has a swimming pool and/or fitness room or has a parking space
Based on your criteria of location, size of apartment (number of bedrooms) and budget, we will search our extensive database and arrange a tour of suitable properties at a time suitable to you. We can arrange viewings from Monday to Saturday 9.00am-5.00pm. This service to you as a prospective tenant is free of charge. We are paid by the owner’s of the property!
When you have made your decision, we will contact the Lessor to negotiate on your behalf. The negotiation could be on price, your additional requirements or the timing of your move…..we aim to get a fair and mutually beneficial deal for both the Lessee and the Lessor. To reserve an apartment for rent Bangkok usually requires a small booking fee before ultimately paying the deposit and signing the Lease Agreement. The Deposit is usually equal to 2 month’s rent (but occasionally 3 months) which is returnable at the end of the lease term. You would then also pay for your rent on a monthly basis in advance. The first month’s rent is payable before you move in.
The tenant would be responsible for any utility bills (Electricity, Water, Telephone) and any other personal bills such as for Hi-Speed Internet and Cable TV once the keys are handed over.
